More Deets about me!
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to make information about doing well in interviews more accessible.
Over the years I have helped many family members, friends and colleagues excel at their career goals, whether it be talking to them about their options, help frame their examples to fit the application at the cover letter/interview stage or proof read their application.
I have really enjoyed helping them and would love to advance this interest by volunteering my time to help other young adults with their career plans/applications with the hope that eventually it can turn into a business. As such, if you would like some help with this stuff, please do reach out :)
Achievements
* Went through multi-stage application process and interview and got offered the vacationer (and subsequent graduate position) at a big 4 private company.
* Went through multi-stage application process and interview and got offered a graduate position at a Federal Government department which I accepted.
* Less than 6-months as an APS4 (entry level straight out of university), applied for a Gazetted APS6 round (open to the public, highest non-manager position) which I was successful for. Interview feedback saw me as the top ranked applicant for the role.
* Helped my partner get 100% success rate (2/2) for Federal Government law clerkships in 2021 and 2022 summer period and 100% success rate for private big 4 law vacationer internship.
* Helped my partner get 80% (4/5) success rate for getting into the interview stage for private law 2022 clerkships (top 6 law firms). This was withdrawn from as the Federal Government clerkship was accepted.
* Helped my colleague frame existing examples to fit the application criteria of her desired job posting. This included teaching of ways to incorporate buzz words and building confidence. There are no 'bad examples', every example can be strengthened based on how it is framed.
* Helped friends and client with interview tips allowing them to get their dream promotion and graduate role respectively.
